Gloria Borger is dead right:

“If you are looking for a reason to vote for John Kerry because you either a) opposed the war or b) don’t like the way President Bush has conducted it, here’s what Kerry has offered you: First, a Senate vote to authorize the use of force, then another vote against the final version of a bill to fund it. Next, a bold August statement by the candidate: “Yes, I would have voted for the authority” to go to war even knowing there were no weapons of mass destruction. Then he tells radio host Don Imus that we shouldn’t have gone to war “under the current circumstances. I voted based on weapons of mass destruction.”"

Confused? Yeah, me too.
